The City of Millbrae is exploring options for a new Downtown parking garage at three potential locations:
Farmers Market Parking Lot
Magnolia Parking Lot
El Camino Real Parking Lot near US Bank
Preliminary concepts range from approximately 143 to 340 parking spaces, with estimated project costs between $29 million and $54 million. Key considerations include parking capacity, traffic and circulation, building height and design, construction costs, funding, and impacts to existing uses.
Community Meeting
Residents, businesses, and community members are encouraged to attend the City Council meeting to learn more and provide public comment on the proposed parking garage options.
